Role and responsibilities:
* Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts under the guidance of Senior Account Managers.
* Act as a point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
* Support the development of account plans, proposals, and presentations.
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative, operations) to ensure client deliverables are met.
* Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback to ensure alignment with expectations.
* Help monitor account performance and report on key metrics.
* Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
