Role Description
This is a remote role for a SNN Membership Advisor - Self Employed. The key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with potential members, handling membership inquiries, managing membership sales, and driving membership growth. Advisors will provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively to explain the benefits of membership, and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall membership experience. This role offers flexibility for self-motivated individuals who can work independently to meet sales targets and support the mission of the Scottish National Network.
Qualifications
* Membership Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
* Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with potential and existing members
* Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to achieve excellent outcomes
* Self-motivated and organised, with the capacity to work independently
* Experience or interest in the nonprofit sector and a passion for contributing to the goals of the Scottish National Network is a plus
