The Role: As an LSA, you’ll work closely with class teachers and SEN teams to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. Roles can vary from general classroom assistance to 1:1 or small group support, particularly with pupils with special educational needs (SEN), including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs. ✅ Responsibilities: Provide support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who need additional support Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery Foster a safe, engaging and supportive learning environment Help pupils develop confidence, independence, and key social skills About You: Previous experience working with children (school-based or other settings) A calm, nurturing, and patient approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Passionate about education and supporting young learners SEN experience is a bonus, but not essential Why Register With Us?
