Role Overview:
As a Cruise Customer Service Exeuctive, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customers enjoy a seamless post-booking experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling a variety of post-sales queries via phone and email.
* Arranging special requests and add-ons to enhance client bookings.
* Managing booking amendments and changes.
* Completing any ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
* Resolving customer issues or complaints, escalating where necessary.
* Liaising with internal departments with any queries or amendments
* Knowledge and understanding of Cruise Industry/Travel.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
What We’re Looking For:
* Cruise industry expertise: Previous experience in a customer service or support role within the cruise sector is essential.
* Excellent knowledge of the cruise market.
* Strong organisational skills: Professional, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Problem-solving ability: Capable of managing complaints and finding amicable resolutions.
* Target-driven mindset: Able to meet and exceed goals.
