Working at the very heart of a leading design studio, you’ll ensure the Founders’ time, focus, and energy are protected and prioritised. From managing complex schedules and international travel to acting as a central point of coordination across the studio, you’ll be a true right hand — enabling creativity, strategy, and client relationships to flourish.
🗂️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing complex diaries, meetings, and international travel across multiple time zones.
* Preparing research, briefings, and polished client-facing materials.
* Acting as a gatekeeper for communications, always with discretion and professionalism.
* Coordinating internal schedules, resources, and key project milestones.
* Supporting proposals, presentations, and core studio documentation.
* Assisting with events, logistics, and occasional personal administration when required.
