Rotating Days & Nights
Shift Pattern
* Days: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 2:30pm
* Nights: Monday – Friday 8:00pm – 6:00am
The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate Bystronic and Amada fibre laser machines
* Ensure consistently high cut quality and accuracy
* Work efficiently to meet production targets
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and adhere to health & safety standards
* Support continuous improvement within the department
* Work independently and as part of a wider production team
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience operating Bystronic / Amada fibre lasers (essential)
2. Ability to set machines independently
3. Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
