We are seeking a reliable Handyman to join our Estates Office team, responsible for maintaining and securing CrossReach Property. Your role will involve conducting weekly visits to perform security and maintenance checks, ensuring the building remains wind and watertight, and reporting any issues to the Estates Office. You will also facilitate access for meter readings, water board inspections, emergency services, and occasionally assist with low-level ground maintenance.
This is a relief position, meaning you can fit shifts around your other commitments, working only when you want to. While a driving licence is desirable, having a dependable means of transport is crucial.
