Senior Letting Administrator – Manchester
I’m working on a Senior Letting Administrator role in central Manchester for someone who knows the lettings process well… but wants more ownership and progression.
This isn’t just admin. It’s a key role in the tenancy progression process, managing everything from referencing through to move-in, while also supporting the wider team and handling more complex cases.
You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing tenant referencing and onboarding

Managing tenancy progression from offer to move-in
*
Handling Right to Rent checks and compliance documentation
*
Coordinating inventories and property activations
*
Managing deposits and tenancy documentation
*
Dealing with escalations and complex tenancy cases
*
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*
Improving workflows and keeping everything running efficiently
It’s a hands-on role, but with real responsibility and visibility across lettings and property management.
Based in Manchester, Monday to Friday 9–5, salary £26k–£30k depending on experience.
Looking for someone who:

Has experience in tenancy progression / lettings admin / property management
*
Is highly organised and can manage multiple tenancies at once
*
Understands compliance (Right to Rent, deposits, documentation)
*
Communicates well and stays calm under pressure
