They are on the look out a full time accounts assistant - this role will be a key member of the accounts team;
Responsibilities:
Daily banking - Allocating payments including cheques and card payments.
Credit control - Monthly statements, chasing outstanding invoices, chasing maintenance contract decisions and managing unpaid accounts.
Retention - Chasing customers for outstanding retention on install projects.
Purchase ledger - Processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements and preparing BACS payments.
Reconcile company credit card statements.
Timesheets - Entering timesheets on spreadsheet ready for payroll.
Ad Hoc - Vehicle tax and penalty charge payments, daily post, staff expenses and DWP deductions.
Experience:
Experience working in an accounts role is essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Capability to multi-task and follow-up to complete tasks.
Strong Organisation Skills
This is an immediate start but the right person is key so they will wait if needed.
Hours - Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Full training provided
Immediate start available
