Our Group Function Legal Affairs and Compliance team (GFLA) in CU NEU delivers strategic support across a spectrum of commercial, regulatory, employment, and governance matters, empowering market achievements and ensuring regional compliance.
What You’ll Do
As Head of Legal Cluster UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for all legal matters within your assigned Territory across a spectrum of complex commercial, corporate, regulatory, data protection, competition, intellectual property, sanctions/trade control legal issues, and dispute resolution.
You will lead a team of five lawyers, report to the Head of Legal CU NEU, be a member of the CU NEU Legal Leadership Team and sit on the Country Leadership Team for the UK.

* Champion business success by acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and tactical solutions that drive deals forward.
* Lead with integrity, demonstrating sound judgment and protecting company value and reputation.
* Foster collaboration across the EMEA region and globally, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Drive innovation by identifying and mitigating legal and business risks, enabling transformation and high‑impact leadership across CU Northern Europe.
* Build expert capability across the legal team, supporting talent development, knowledge sharing, and inclusive team environment.
What You’ll Bring
* Top‑Tier Legal Acumen – at least 15 years of broad international complex commercial, operational and corporate legal experience in a publicly listed multinational corporate in‑house setting or at a leading law firm, with essential tech/telecommunications industry experience.
* Strategic Mindset – strong business acumen and ability to think critically, analyse complex situations, and provide sound legal advice that supports business objectives.
* Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills – excellent communicator capable of building trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* A Growth Mindset – passionate and driven individual eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the evolution of Ericsson’s legal function.
