They are currently on the lookout for an experienced chartered architect due to the current employee looking to retire, the role would include managing complex technical packages, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and balance design quality, regulatory compliance, and programme delivery within a live Design & Build environment.
* Production & co‑ordination of design information
* Contractor, subcontractor and supplier engagement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
* Proficiency with software packages such as AutoCAD, Excel,
* Full UK driving license required
