By joining us as an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our vision.
Your Role, Your Impact
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle to the HR Services Team and the wider business. You will respond to daily queries, act as an escalation point for the front-line Administration Team, offering advice with a strong focus on people experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as subject matter expert for employee enquiries relating to the lifecycle, escalating where appropriate and working with HR Team Leads to ensure timely responses.
* Support the wider HR team including Payroll, Recruitment, HRBP and HR Advisors.
* Manually add and allocate new joiners on the monthly tracker.
* Act as point of escalation for HR Administrators regarding pre-employment and recruitment checks (right to work checks, DBS clearances, reference checks).
* Work closely with Team Leads to identify gaps in processes, suggest new procedures and continually improve service.
* Run monthly system reports within SharePoint and ad hoc reports (e.g., Manage Engine, RTW reporting).
* Manage the Visa process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience of relationship and customer stakeholder management.
* Eye for accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining pace to meet service delivery deadlines.
* Good understanding of HR policies and procedures.
* Self‑motivated, flexible and able to use initiative in problem solving while taking responsibility for own workload.
* Ability to build meaningful rapport at all levels and work under pressure.
* Confident, articulate communicator, both orally and in writing, able to build influential relationships with all colleagues from site‑based to directors to stakeholders.
* Excellent IT skills and up‑to‑date with new technology.
