A specialist case management and rehabilitation company are looking for a full-time Support Worker to assist with social, leisure and rehabilitation activities. This is a full-time role. Along with a salary of £14.00 per hour, the successful Support Worker will also receive full supervision including regular formal meeting opportunities, additional holidays accruing with service, a pension scheme, health cover and employee rewards. * You should have previous experience of working in the Health Sector.
* Driving licence and car owner is essential.
* You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
