Customer Success Account Manager

We are hiring a Customer Success Account Manager whose primary focus will be on recurring revenue generation, revenue retention, delivering a positive customer experience, and building long-term relationships within an assigned customer base.
Your role and responsibilities:
1. Serve as the cloud business expert and main contact for all Ingram Micro Cloud vendor offerings, including Microsoft, Google, and others.
2. Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers, addressing issues and ensuring a positive, customer-centric experience.
3. Develop and implement proactive, customer-specific business strategies to grow and retain recurring revenue. Understand your customers' businesses thoroughly.
4. Manage subscription and end-customer retention, renewal, and upsell opportunities to retain and grow revenue.
5. Assist customers in developing a customer success strategy within their own organizations, promoting a 'never lose a subscription' approach.
6. Become an expert in primary practice areas such as CyberSecurity, Collaboration, Productivity, or IaaS, and develop business plans for key vendor partners like Microsoft, Google, AWS, etc.
7. Collaborate with internal teams across local and global levels, including sales, platform success, and support, to deliver excellent customer service.
8. Act as the Voice of the Customer by collecting and communicating feedback to sales, vendor management, and finance teams.
9. Share best practices with team members to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth and retention.
Your skills and qualifications:
1. Experience in sales, account management, consulting, or customer success roles.
2. Proven personal sales success.
3. Experience managing multiple accounts within a territory, with a focus on revenue and customer base growth.
4. Strong skills in managing complex customer and service provider relationships.
5. Experience in strategic account planning and proactive management of account plans.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster a team-oriented environment.
7. Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
8. Competitive, ethical, and driven attitude with a strong work ethic and influencing skills.
9. Experience with SaaS, IaaS, or cloud technology is a plus.
10. Energetic, bold, and ambitious to achieve Ingram Micro Cloud's strategic goals.
