Supply Chain Exec
London Hybrid - 2 days/week in the office

We're currently working with an exciting health foods challenger brand looking to expand their supply chain team.
Keep Our Daily Operations Running Smoothly
* Take full ownership of the order-to-invoice process across all sales channels, working closely with our 3PL partners to quickly resolve any issues.
* Track and improve our OTIF performance, flag risks early, and put proactive solutions in place.
Demand & Supply Planning
* Work with our Supply Chain Manager and Sales team to build reliable demand and supply plans for both online and retail channels.
* Raise purchase orders with suppliers and manage them through to on-time, in-full delivery and invoicing.
* Build strong, positive relationships with our suppliers and logistics partners.
Inventory Management & Reporting
* Keep our inventory management system fully up to date with all stock movements.
* Maintain accurate inventory reports and data.
* Carry out monthly stock reconciliations between our warehouses and system, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
* Monitor overall stock health and availability, highlighting risks around out-of-stocks or aging inventory.
Customer Service & Quality Assurance Support
* Partner with our Customer Service team to manage shopper feedback and queries.
* Record any product or service complaints and investigate them with the relevant 3PL or supply partner.
Improve How We Work
* As a small and fast-moving team, we’re always looking for smarter ways of working—improving accuracy, cutting inefficiencies, and tightening our forecasting and operations.
What You’ll Bring
* 2+ years’ experience in supply chain and operations within a fast-growing food & beverage business.
* Hands-on experience working with co-manufacturers and 3PLs, and confidence building strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
* Advanced Excel skills; bonus points for experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller (FBA), and Unleashed.
* Solid understanding of supply and demand planning.
* Strong numerical skills, a calm approach under pressure, and an eye for efficiency and detail.
* Comfortable working independently within a small, partially remote team.
