Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
1. Support the effective management of the dealerships' aftersales department, maximising resource utilization for optimal performance
2. Provide a positive impression to a diverse customer base, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism
3. Work with customers ethically and professionally to develop long-term, profitable relationships
4. Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate effectively to inform and support customers
5. Act proactively to add value and support continuous service improvement
6. Support colleagues with knowledge, skills, and expertise to enhance team performance and profitability
7. Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance quality within the department
Requirements of the Assistant Aftersales Manager:
8. Proven experience in after-sales, customer service, or related positions
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
11. Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment
12. Knowledge of after-sales systems and processes is advantageous
13. Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence
The successful Assistant Aftersales Manager will receive :
14. Salary of up to £36,000 per year
