Our retail partner is looking to appoint a talented Marketplace Account Manager to join its growing commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to take ownership of key marketplace relationships, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in shaping the business's online trading strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and grow relationships with key marketplace channels.
2. Identify and analyse sales trends, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimise account performance.
3. Act as the main point of contact for major retail partners, building strong and collaborative relationships.
4. Support the leadership team by training colleagues, delegating tasks, and contributing to team development.
5. Provide cover for Trade and SMT functions when required.
6. Proactively manage workload and deadlines with strong attention to detail and self-organisation.
