Sales Consultant (BDM) – Performance Marketing
London | £45–60k + Commission | OTE £100k+ | Permanent
A fast-growing performance marketing company is looking for a high-impact Principal Marketing Consultant to drive new business and shape digital growth for medium and large brands. We operate at the cutting edge of paid media, analytics, and digital strategy — and we’re scaling fast.
What you’ll do:
* Hunt, pitch, and close new business — consistently.
* Build strong relationships and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Deliver compelling presentations and tailored digital marketing solutions.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding.
* Work closely with account teams to identify global market opportunities.
* Maintain tight CRM discipline and a pipeline that performs.
What we’re looking for:
1. 3+ years in high-velocity, consultative sales with a proven track record.
2. Strong understanding of digital advertising (PPC, paid social, analytics).
