Internal Communications Manager UKI Job Description: Location: Hybrid / Newcastle Based (three days in office) Reports to: Director of Communications UKI About the Role We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to help engage, inform and inspire our colleagues across Sage's homemarket in UKI & APAC. With around seven years' experience, you'll be a well-versed storyteller, you'll bring strategic insight, creative storytelling and a deep understanding of how to connect people in a fast-paced, global tech environment. You will also be highly experienced at working with senior leaders. You'll lead planning and delivery of communications that support our culture, strategy and transformation programmes - ensuring every colleague feels informed, valued and part of our shared success. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days a week from our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities: What you'll be doing: In this role, you'll shape internal communication strategies that help colleagues feel connected to our purpose, our values and the work we're all here to do. We are looking for a confident communicator who loves bringing people together through clear, inspiring storytelling You'll partner closely with senior leaders, turning big ideas into messages that resonate. From company-wide campaigns to culture moments and product updates, you'll create engaging content across our intranet, newsletters, all-hands meetings, videos and more. You'll also take the lead on organising and delivering polished, impactful town halls and regional broadcasts. You'll be the go-to coach for leaders who want to communicate with clarity and heart, and you'll use data, feedback and insight to keep improving how we tell our story. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you'll work hand-in-hand with HR, PR, Social, Product and Brand teams to keep our voice consistent and our people informed and inspired.
