A Top 20 Tax & Accountancy Firm is recruiting for a Corporate Tax Associate Director or Director based in Reading.
This role is suited to a proactive and collaborative tax professional who is confident working closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality client service. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, contributing to strategic growth, and developing your leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Work proactively and collaboratively with senior colleagues to deliver effective, high-quality client solutions
* Contribute to the strategic development and growth of the corporate tax portfolio
* Manage the successful delivery of commercially focused and technically robust advisory and compliance services
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing clients
* Support the development of the wider client portfolio in partnership with senior leadership
* Lead, support, and develop team members
Candidate ProfileExperience and Expertise
* Strong experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across advisory and compliance work
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality, commercially viable tax advice
* Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
* Experience identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities
* People management and team leadership experience
Qualifications
* CTA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification
