About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA to provide full secretarial and administrative support to our Site Delivery Leads and Senior Leadership Team. The role is dynamic and fast‑paced, ideal for someone who enjoys managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage diaries, travel and meeting arrangements for senior leaders
* Prepare presentations, reports and meeting packs
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including minute‑taking
* Support rota creation and liaise with departments
* Organise team events, away days and social activities
* Maintain accurate records and document management systems
* Raise purchase requisitions and support recruitment processes
* Provide cover for other PAs during short‑term absences

* Highly organised, methodical and able to prioritise effectively
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
* Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a PA or team support role
* Strong administrative and secretarial skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience managing complex diaries and travel arrangements
* Ability to produce professional documents and presentations
Desirable
* Experience using SAP (raising requisitions, goods receipting)
* Previous experience in construction or commercial sectors
* Familiarity with project management processes
