Enterprise Technology Engineer (GRC) – ServiceNow Developer / IRM Architect
📍 Location: Canary Wharf (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite/week)
📅 Contract Duration: 6-12 Months
🔎 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong Integrated Risk Management (IRM) expertise to support operational risk controls within a global trading environment.
You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions—covering analysis, design, development, configuration, deployment, and ongoing operations—within Agile and DevOps-driven teams.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions for operational risk controls
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical configurations
* Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow backend components
* Ensure high-quality documentation for new and existing functionalities
* Support service reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement
* Work within Agile and DevOps frameworks to ensure efficient delivery
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development
* Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow backend development, including:
* Business Rules
* Client Scripts
* Script Includes
* ACLs
* Proven experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC modules
* Experience with Workspace design and configuration
* Strong understanding of:
* Risk management processes (risk assessment, reporting, master data)
* Integration with Compliance & Audit modules
* Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
