Location: Portsmouth with regular travel across South West and South East sites
Hours: Mon–Thu 7:30–4:30pm, Fri 7:30–12:30pm

This isn’t a desk-bound role. You’ll be out and about, partnering with managers, solving problems, and ensuring best practice HR is delivered across multiple locations. If you like rolling up your sleeves and being where the action is, keep reading.
What you’ll be doing:
* Advising managers on all things HR; from ER cases to performance and policy
* Supporting investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
* Coaching leaders to build confidence in HR processes
* Travelling to sites and building strong relationships on the ground
What we’re looking for:
* Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
* Confident handling ER cases and influencing stakeholders
* Flexible, proactive and happy to travel regularly
* Tech-savvy with HR systems and MS Office
