Driven People is hiring experienced Class 1 (Category CE) HGV drivers to support a national delivery company based out of Crick. This role involves trunking parcels and mail between depots within the depot network. Work is clean, well-organised, and involves minimal manual handling.
Key Details:
* Location: Crick (NN6)
* Shift Pattern: Night shifts
* Pay Rate: £19.98–£22.89 per hour (depending on shift start/finish time)
* Start Date: Immediate (following assessment and DBS check)
* Contract Type: Ongoing
Requirements:
Licence & Experience:
* Valid UK Class 1 (CE) licence held for at least 2 years
* Minimum of 180 days UK commercial Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years
* No more than 5 penalty points
* No DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
Compliance:
* Must hold valid Class 1 Licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph
* All successful drivers will be required to complete a 4-hour on-site driving assessment
* Once the assessment is passed, we will put drivers through a DBS check before starting work
