Oracle EPM Consultant
Newcastle - Hybrid

Ready to take ownership in a global Oracle EPM environment? This is a hands-on role with an international end-user that's investing in smarter, more automated financial systems.
You'll work across the Oracle EPM suite (PBCS, FCCS, ARC, PCM, and Narrative Reporting), helping the business get more out of their current setup, streamline processes, and strengthen data flows and integrations. If you enjoy spotting where things can be improved, and then actually doing something about it, this is the kind of environment where your ideas will be heard and acted on.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and enhance Oracle EPM applications (PCM, PBCS, FCCS, ARC, Narrative Reporting)
* Lead ongoing health checks to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Work with finance teams to optimise planning, consolidation, and reporting cycles
* Design and improve data integrations between EPM and other systems
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent, reliable EPM processes
* Support the finance team during key reporting and planning periods
What They're Looking For:
* Strong Oracle EPM Cloud experience
* Understanding of data integrations and automation
* A techno-functional mindset - able to bridge finance and technology
* Experience improving or supporting enterprise EPM solutions
