Day to day, you will be speaking to/in email communication with prospective and existing clients, UK colleges/football & education programs and US university staff. Full training and support will be provided to enable you to undertake the duties listed below; • Communicating with prospective and existing clients. • Communicating with university staff in America. • Creating and adding to database of contacts within UK sports colleges. • Supporting recruitment for soccer trial days. • Processing client paperwork. • Highlight reel video footage using basic video creation software. • Administrational management of clients profiles through internal systems. • Assisting the Head of Soccer with running soccer trial days in the UK. The training you will be getting Business administrator Level 3 (A level) Apprentices who have not achieved the equivalent of level 2 in maths and English, must achieve these prior to end point assessment. Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet the individual needs of the apprentice. The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job activities and training. On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the workplace.
