As a
Customer Service Administrator
based in
Cumbernauld, you’ll be responsible for:
Processing sales orders received daily
Answering calls from contractors, end users and drivers pertaining to daily deliveries
Make pre delivery calls to end users to ensure access for deliveries
File paperwork according to guidelines
Post materials to end users
Attend to callers when picking up materials for install
Buy materials from supplier buying reports
Completing a H&S course to endure safe working
This is a 6 month fixed term contract working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm.

Previous Customer Service experience and strong Administrative skills.
The ability to juggle enquiries.
Capability to work well under pressure and pick up new systems/processes quickly
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
A strong work ethic and a desire to work as part of a team
