An established Financial Services business running Investment Management services for clients.
The Role
The SIPP Team Leader will be responsible for leading the SIPP Administration Team reporting into the Head of Pensions & Operational Control.
The SIPP Team Leader will manage a team of 10 people and will specifically focus on the operational running of the SIPP administration processes, ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner and measured against agreed service levels, ensuring the team is able to answer or know where to source the answer for client SIPP queries.
The SIPP Team Leader will ensure all client account opening is completed in a timely manner and complies with guidelines
The SIPP Team Leader will ensure all client maintenance is completed in a timely manner in Pershing and Imago systems.
The SIPP Team Leader will liaise closely with front office and Transitions teams to ensure an efficient opening and transfer process. Manage the Money In and Money Out bank accounts to ensure funds are allocated in a timely manner
The SIPP Team Leader team will focus on the team training and performance reviews, with regular updates and team meetings.
The SIPP Team Leader will attend regular meetings with third party administrators to ensure service levels are being adhered to.
Reviewing and producing MI on complaints and errors to establish any trends and reduce future occurrences.
The Candidate
Significant experience in SIPP administration and knowledge of the Investment Platform market.
Team Management / Team Leadership experience within a Customer/Client contact function - ability to motivate, manage and delegate work volumes within a team.
Excellent telephone manner including the ability to actively listen to, troubleshoot and resolve customer queries, being a point of escalation
Ability & willingness to identify and suggest improvements in processes / service levels
