This role sits with out SPS division and is an office-based role due to the responsive and collaborative nature of the position. We are looking for an experienced and confident individual to support our sales function, ensuring efficient processing of orders, strong supplier coordination and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing support for sales team with enquiries & order input.
* Raise plate & traded purchase orders
* Progress outstanding purchase orders with suppliers and report back on any delays or required actions
* Obtain quotations from suppliers
* Book plates onto the system
* Scan certs onto the system
* Generate advice notes & print certs
* General administration duties – answering telephones, filing, drafting letters and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Competent in using Microsoft office programs (Outlook, word, excel etc.)
* Confident communicative skills
* Friendly and confident when speaking with customers
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Team player
* Able to work under pressure
* Promote excellence
* Be enthusiastic and energetic
Salary: £28k - 35k depending on experience.
