You will be responsible for managing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. The position involves regular liaison with clients and other stakeholders, requiring you to maintain a strong understanding of current legal developments and relevant legislation. The role is mainly office-based, although flexible working arrangements may be considered in certain circumstances where appropriate. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are invited from experienced Probate Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE. You will demonstrate excellent standards of client care, alongside strong communication and organisational skills.
