You have the opportunity to join a hot desk with an established client/project base in the local area, You will be supplying major infastructure projects with a high volume of candidates Your role will consist of, but will not be restricted to: Recruitment of site personnel in accordance with agreed company procedures. Ensuring that VGC site inductions are undertaken face to face with all new personnel. Checking that Weekly timesheets and allocation sheets are completed. Visiting various projects on a weekly basis, engaging with VGC workforce, assisting and performing safety engagement tours/site safety inspections. Working closely with Health & Safety Managers. Working collaboratively with both clients and VGC workforce. Candidate Specification: Must have a valid driving license. Proficient use and knowledge of software such as MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. Ability to work with minimum supervision and be able to make decisions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage your workload and have excellent organisational and planning skills.
