We are looking for two experienced and talented CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operators to join our friendly, professional team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with the latest Fanuc-controlled 3–5 axis CNC milling centres and Matsuura multi-pallet machines in a forward-thinking company that values skill, precision, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Program, set, and operate Fanuc-based CNC milling machines (3–5 axis).
* Produce high-quality components to customer specifications and aerospace standards.
* Monitor machining processes, making necessary adjustments to maintain precision and quality.
* Load, unload, and inspect parts to ensure conformance to engineering drawings.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
* Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
* Follow all safety protocols and quality procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines (3–5 axis).
* Experience with CAD/CAM software (Hypermill preferred; training provided if needed).
* Strong teamwork and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
* Experience working to tight machining tolerances and high-quality standards.
* A proactive, self-motivated individual seeking a long-term career in precision engineering.
