We are looking for two motivated Finance Graduates to join our UK Finance team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. This three-year structured graduate programme is designed to provide broad exposure across the UK Finance function through 12-month rotational placements, enabling you to build strong technical foundations, develop commercial insight, and identify your long-term career path within Finance. You will work closely with experienced finance professionals in a collaborative, onsite environment and gain hands-on experience within a global organisation. The programme includes full support for professional finance qualifications, with the expectation that you are fully qualified by the end of the programme, and with the aim of securing a permanent role within the business thereafter. Over the three years, you will rotate across core and specialist areas of Finance, which may include: General Accounting Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controllership Specialist teams such as Treasury or Tax (subject to business needs) Each rotation is designed to progressively increase responsibility, technical complexity, and business exposure.
