Private Client Solicitor - Fee-Earning
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload within private client practice: drafting wills, administering estates, probate, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work
* Deliver expert legal advice on inheritance tax, succession planning, estate administration, and related trusts
* Maintain fee-earning targets and accurate billing records, supporting financial performance
* Build business development through networking and proactive client outreach
* Client-facing engagement, often meeting elderly or vulnerable clients in their homes with empathy and professionalism
Required Experience & Skills
* Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with minimum 3-5 years PQE in Private Client law (wills, probate, LPAs, trusts)
* Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting fee targets and contributing to revenue growth
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, especially with elderly or vulnerable clients
* STEP accreditation preferred (desirable, not essential)
* Confident in supporting and supervising junior team members.
