GSL Education are currently recruiting for a full-time Primary Teacher to join a friendly and inclusive school in St Leonards from September. Whether your expertise lies in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, the school is open to placing you where your strengths can best support pupils' progress.
About the Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will take on full classroom responsibilities, delivering high-quality lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative team and a school that values both personal and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports learning.
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary.
* Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure every child thrives.
* Support the overall school community and promote a positive, inclusive environment.
Requirements for Primary teacher:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Have experience teaching in a primary setting (KS1 or KS2).
* Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be committed to providing a supportive and stimulating learning experience.
* Have a full, up-to-date CV (with explanations for any gaps) and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
