📍 London E1 or Sheffield City Centre – office 2 days per week, wfh/remote 3 days per week (or office if you prefer!!). 3 days per month in London office to coincide with full team onsite (travel and accommodation paid).
Goodlord is a multi‑award‑winning UK’s Best Workplace on a mission to deliver the best renting experience in the world. We’re searching for a Head of Energy Partnerships, reporting to the Director of Consumer Partnerships, to help us take our Energy proposition to its next phase.
Responsibilities
* You’ll own a single strategic partnership (OVO Energy)
* Lead a small, strong team of three IC's (2 x BDE and 1 x Ops Analyst)
* Collaborate closely with Tech to evolve one core product area
* Drive a defined P&L and proposition end‑to‑end
Qualifications
* Experience in the residential energy industry.
* Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships – working with a major partner, e.g. OVO Energy.
* Proven track record of coaching and leading small but high‑performing business development teams focused on user growth.
* Demonstrated ability to work with Tech/Product teams – shaping requirements, influencing prioritisation, and helping deliver product improvements.
* Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet.
Desired
* A passion for improving the lettings process and making renting easier for all parties.
* Exceptional knowledge of the end‑to‑end lettings journey, especially the Move‑in and Move‑out process.
* Supported or influenced a product roadmap.
