Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales teams to exceed KPIs and build a high-performance culture.
2. Create a positive, professional environment focused on continuous learning and development.
3. Conduct regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
4. Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent.
5. Set and monitor performance targets to achieve commercial goals.
6. Use data and insight to identify opportunities, trends, and improvement areas.
7. Implement effective sales strategies and incentive programmes.
8. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure sales campaigns are aligned.
9. Champion a customer-first approach in every interaction.
10. Manage escalations and use feedback to enhance the customer journey.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales standards.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in sales management (B2C, inbound/outbound)
2. A motivating leader skilled in coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
3. Commercially minded, with a strategic approach to sales planning, forecasting and data analysis.
4. Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.
5. Passionate about delivering world-class customer experiences.
6. Comfortable with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
