Job Overview
ICMP’s Registry team is central to delivering an outstanding student experience by providing accessible, coherent, and intuitive support to students across academic, administrative, and student life matters.
We are seeking a highly organised, student-focused Programme Administrator to act as a visible, professional, and customer-focused first point of contact for student enquiries. You will provide friendly, efficient, and effective support in person, via email, and over the phone, ensuring students receive timely and accurate information throughout their academic journey.
This role is essential in ensuring programmes and modules are administratively supported to the highest standard, with effective processes that enhance the student journey and maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
