A day in the life
* Deliver differentiated, high-quality lessons that meet the varied needs of your students
* Support pupils with EHCPs and additional needs in specialist or mainstream settings
* Use a range of strategies and resources to promote engagement, communication, and progress
* Work closely with support staff (TAs and therapists) to deliver consistent, holistic care
* Prioritise wellbeing, behaviour support, and clear routines
* Maintain records and work closely with SENCOs and wider teams to provide continuity
What youll bring
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) including Early Career Teachers (ECTs)
* Experience teaching pupils with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, etc.)
* A calm, patient and creative teaching approach that adapts to every individual
* Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive teaching techniques
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
* Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
