Composite Inspector – Formula 1

💷 £per hour based on experience
🕘 Monday–Thursday 21:00–07:30 / Friday to Sunday 07:00 – 19:00
GTS are looking for experienced Composite Inspectors to join a high-performance Formula 1 operation in Silverstone, supporting night-shift inspection of critical composite components during a busy period of the season.
What you’ll be doing:
* Inspect finished and in-process composite components
* Write and execute inspection programs using PolyWorks
* Carry out geometric validation of moulds, jigs, and parts
* Use Romer Arms and Laser Trackers for dimensional checks
* Report inspection results clearly and accurately
* Support night-shift production with a flexible, proactive approach
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in composite manufacturing or inspection
* Strong working knowledge of PolyWorks Metrology Suite
* Experience with Romer Arms and Laser Trackers
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Calm and confident under pressure, night-shift ready
Available Contracts:
* Contractor Nights: Mon–Thu 21:00–07:30
* Contractor Weekend Nights: Fri–Sun 07:00–19:00
