A role where you can add real value with your experience and be instrumental in shaping the future of the group. Working with a dynamic, highly driven and skilled CEO, to lead from the front. Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Finance Director role:-
* Oversee the finance function and ensure the group's policies and procedures are adhered to
* Oversee FP&A, budgeting, reporting, and compliance
* Work closely with the CEO and senior management team on strategy and business development
* Develop and implement a financial strategy
* Develop and maintain financial planning and strategic vision
* Lead the budgeting process and forecasting
* Present financial reports to the Board
* Compliance with financial regulations
* Risk management, control and compliance risk
* Spearhead the statutory year end liaising with auditors
Requirements of the Finance Director role:-
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 8 years PQE
* Professional services/consultancy background
* SME background hands on to manage the entire finance function
* Advanced Excel skills
* First rate communication skills
