Working as part of a team, you will take on a full 360 recruitment role – leading the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to client and candidates. With opportunity to earn bonus/commission from day one.
Day-to-day you will manage start-to-finish recruitment processes for new and existing clients; applying a varied skillset covering sales, account management, customer service, administration, marketing and more, to achieve goals and deliver an outstanding level of service to clients and candidates.
You will work alongside a collaborative, supportive team; and work with and learn from established industry leaders
£26-28,000 base salary + uncapped bonus – OTE £45-50,000 year 1; year 2 £50-60,000
Monday-Friday 37.5 hr – could be a great role for moving away from weekend-working sectors
Central Tunbridge Wells location - accessible easily by train, bus and car

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and be based within reasonable commute to Tunbridge Wells on a Monday-Friday basis. Working experience from any industry will be considered- experience related to sales, recruitment or customer service is valued, not essential.
