Senior Recruitment Consultant – Symmetric Headhunting
Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-based)
Permanent 4 day working week M-T with 35 days holiday
20% Commission on Billings
Access to an in-house resourcer and latest Tech.

What You’ll Do
* Manage full-cycle recruitment from client acquisition to candidate delivery
* Work retained and exclusive assignments across high-growth SME sectors
* Build and own relationships with founder-led and scaling businesses
* Deliver high-quality shortlists via targeted sourcing, outreach, and market mapping
* Lead candidate journeys from approach to offer, managing pace, engagement, and close
* Operate as a trusted advisor not a CV pusher
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of recruitment experience (360, headhunting, or exec search)
* Proven Track record of success in permanent placements
* Strong commercial acumen you can win, grow, and retain clients
* Confident working on mid–senior roles with complex specs or niche markets
* Comfortable running your desk with autonomy and accountability
* High-quality written and verbal communication, detail and delivery matter here
* No sector restrictions we care more about your mindset and approach
