Role Purpose:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Field Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide on-site IT hardware and software support across multiple customer locations, ensuring service excellence and adherence to SLAs. Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain IT hardware including PCs, laptops, printers (local and network), and peripherals.
2. Support basic server, AV, telephony, and network-related tasks as required.
3. Resolve operating system and application incidents in line with customer and manufacturer procedures.
4. Execute IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) projects to customer specifications.
5. Maintain clear communication with Call Administration, Service Delivery Managers, and customer sites.
6. Manage part movements (RMA generation and returns) efficiently.
7. Meet or exceed defined KPIs and SLA targets.
8. Ensure compliance with site-specific Fire, Security, and Health & Safety regulations.
