Legal PA – Cambridge (12 Month FTC)
Successful international law firm seeks a Legal PA to work in their growing Cambridge office on an initial 12 Month FTC – the firm offers exceptional benefits, agile working, and a great collaborative environment.

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fee earners' schedules; coordinate and arrange meetings to best utilise time
* Ensure that calls to the switchboard are answered and directed in a prompt, efficient and professional manner
* Acting as ‘front of house’, welcoming clients
* Arrange travel effectively and efficiently
* Carry out advanced research / request information from relevant support teams
* Attend meetings / conference calls and take minutes to action follow up where required
* Develop and maintain knowledge of fee earners’ workload
* Prepare and manage billing process using the Aderant front office software
Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:
* Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience or Legal Administration experience
* Fast, accurate typing skills
* Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
* Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
