1st Line Support Team Lead
£35,000 – 40,000
Hybrid – 3 days a week in office near Chandlers Ford

Your new role…
You’ll still be hands on in technical support but will also be leading and inspiring a fantastic 1st line team to deliver excellent service to colleagues across the business. Technical knowledge is key and you’ll be a key point of escalation for any complex queries.
As you’re in a leadership position, you’ll need a bigger picture approach and will continuously look for ways to improve service and support functions.
About you…
Some skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
* Excellent experience in 1st and 2nd line support.
* Good leadership/management skills and experience and the ability to mentor and guide junior colleagues.
* Technical knowledge in Microsoft products and in particular Intune and EntraID.
* A full UK driving license is required for this role.
