Overview

Accommodation Project Worker role at YMCA Trinity Group in Cambridge. Permanent position at Queen Anne House accommodation site, 80 rooms, providing a safe and supportive home for young people aged 16-25.

Location: Gonville Place, Cambridge, CB1 1ND. 40 hours per week, with a combination of early shifts (8am-4:30pm) and late shifts (1:30pm-10pm) over a 7-day rota, including alternate weekends. The role may include on-call duties.


Responsibilities

As an Accommodation Project Worker, you will help young people build skills to live independently through personalised plans, key working, and life skills coaching. You will contribute to creating a safe, welcoming space and assist with day-to-day service operations.

Requirements & Safeguarding

* Annual salary £27,206.40
* 5 weeks holiday & public holiday allowance, plus a paid day off for your birthday (pro rata)
