We're looking for a talented Mobile Plant Operator to work for our client in Musselburgh.
They want to recruit someone with demonstrable background of previous experience in the field.

The Role:
As the Mobile Plant Operator you'll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for work in a team and work well under pressure and in new environments on a daily basis.
Shifts: Days: Mon to Fri, 06:30-16:30. Nights: Mon to Fri, 22:00-06:00.
As a Mobile Plant Operator, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of a busy recycling site. You'll be operating a variety of machinery and supporting general yard functions in a safety-focused, fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Valid licences
(NPORS or equivalent) for:
360 Excavator (Wheeled/Tracked)
Telescopic Handler
Loading Shovel - Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience in a waste&recycling or similar heavy-duty environment is desirable
- A strong work ethic and 'can-do' attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- UK right to work
Duties Include:
Operating telescopic handler, loading shovel, and 360 excavator/material handler (tracked/wheeled)
Loading vehicles and moving materials around site
Feeding processing lines and separating waste
Performing daily maintenance checks and housekeeping
Supporting yard operations and working in all weather conditions
Maintenance and cleaning of Lindner shredders
In addition, you'll need the following:
- An excellent communication, team work and customer service skills
- An experience minimum of 1 year's ( desirable)
- A flexible attitude and a team player
