We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm for a Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy property team in Leeds.
This is a client-facing role supporting both residential and new build teams, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing a high volume of work.
The Role:
* Opening files and updating the case management system
* Supporting sales and purchase transactions from instruction to completion
* Issuing contracts, ordering searches, and assisting with enquiries
* Preparing exchange and completion documentation
* Handling client queries via phone and email
* General administrative support
About You:
* Minimum 12 months’ conveyancing experience (sales & purchase essential)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Proactive, organised, and a strong team player
