They’re launching a premium co-living development in London, designed to offer more than just a place to live. It’s a thoughtfully crafted environment where connection, comfort, and community come together. With over 200 units, this flagship scheme marks the beginning of a wider expansion across London, Manchester, and other major UK cities.
As Assistant GM, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager with both the mobilisation and day-to-day operational management of this brand-new co-living scheme. Your focus will be on driving leasing activity, achieving strong occupancy levels, and contributing to an exceptional resident experience from the very start.
This isn’t just about managing a building. It’s about shaping a lifestyle, setting a new standard for co-living, and playing a defining role in the future of urban living!
Your Responsibilities:
* Leading all leasing activity to achieve and maintain 98% occupancy, ensuring a smooth and compliant journey from enquiry to move-in.
* Supporting marketing efforts and managing property listings to attract high-quality residents.
* Assisting with the mobilisation of the scheme, including compliance, supplier setup, and operational readiness.
* Acting as a key point of contact for residents, enhancing the customer experience and supporting a vibrant community through events and engagement.
* Supporting property and facilities management to uphold high living standards and service delivery.
* Assisting with budget control, financial processes, and operational reporting.
* Helping guide and support junior team members while fostering a collaborative on-site culture.
Your Requirements:
* Experience in leasing within residential property (BTR, PBSA, or Co-Living preferred).
* Passion for customer service and creating exceptional resident experiences.
* Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A team player who’s eager to grow and contribute to a high-performing environment.
* Tech-savvy, ideally with experience using property management systems and Microsoft Office.
